Rent on time does exactly what it says; they guarantee to pay the rent due from tenants directly to you the landlord on the day that the rent is due. This is VERY different to the usual Rent Guarantee insurance schemes that are currently available to landlords because you do not need to make a claim, pay any excess or wait for payments.
